On the afternoon of June 6^th , Zheng Yunfeng, a member of the municipal standing committee and deputy mayor of Xiamen, and leaders of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Planning Commitment, the Bureau of Finance, and the governments of Siming and Xiang’an distincts came to Xiada for meeting. They are investigating the public policy laboratory and financial performance management program. Ye Shiman, the deputy headmaster of the School of Public Administration, Chen Zhenming, the dean of the department and Zhuo Yue, the deputy dean accompanied them for the visit and investigation.

Chen Zhenming introduced Zhen Yunfeng and attendant people the construction and operation of the Public Policy Laboratory and the development of the relative subjects. He introduced the main function including behavior experiment, forecast evaluation, simulation and data analysis. The Deputy dean Zhuo Yue reported the statusing of the financial management program research. Engineer Wu Chang demonstrated the simulation mode of the urban planning, economic development and subway traffic. The deputy professor demonstrated the database of the Anti-terrorism project and the research cases based on the big data.

The warden of Siming Li Qinhui,, the warden of  Xiangan You Youxiong, the assistant of headmaster Li Chuhuan, Qiu Jiewei, and the chargers of the General Office of Municipal Government, the National Development and Reform Commission, Planning Commitment, the Bureau of Finance, Science and Technology Board, Construction Bureau, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Transportation Office, Civil Defense Office, Bidding office, and the chargers from Xiada including School Office, the Development and Planning Office, the Social Science Department, Assets and Logistics Department.

As one of the advancing laboratory in this subject, the Public Policy Office is constructed by the program of Prosperous Philosophy and Social Science in January, 2016. The laboratory was the constitute of the research innovation and the transition of the subject. The laboratory consists of the Simulation and Prediction Platform of Public Policy, the Public Opinion Survey Center, case analysis center. The main equipments of 3D Simulation System, Telephone Survey System, the Case Editing System and the relative software system such as Anylogic. Teachers have started a series of scientific programs and research consulting system with the help of this platform.
