Currently, our school has the Fujian Province Civil Servant Training Base and a dedicated Social Service Office. It is committed to providing high-quality lifelong learning opportunities and building a high-level exchange platform for public officials of all levels at home and abroad, cultivating high-quality compound leaders and public management talents capable of shouldering responsibilities, and becoming a training ground for public service elites with a global vision and Chinese wisdom.

To promote deep cooperation between the school and local communities, enterprises in terms of talent cultivation, student internships, innovation, entrepreneurship, and to drive high-quality employment, since its establishment, our school has signed cooperative agreements with over 20 government departments, enterprises, and institutions such as Zhonghua Street of Xiamen Siming District, Qianpu North Community of Xiamen Siming District, China Overseas Real Estate Group Xiamen Branch, Xiamen Siming District Red Cross, and New Era Civilization Practice Center of Xiamen Haicang District, to jointly establish university student employment and internship bases.
