•申报条件：

1. 申请者须为我院正式注册的本科大一、大二、大三学生、全日制硕士一、二年级学生或MPA一、二年级学生，研究生申请须征得学院及导师同意。请各位同学结合自身情况妥善安排学习计划。

2. 学习成绩优良，德智体美劳全面发展，综合素质良好。

3. 积极参与社会实践活动，具备良好的组织能力、沟通能力和社会责任感，能够适应新的学习和生活环境。

4. 家庭经济条件许可，有能力承担往返旅费、在外期间的生活费、保险及医疗等相关费用。

•报名人数：30人（面向中国合作高校）

•学费：每人2250美元。这包括学费、课堂教学、课程材料、六晚的酒店住宿、五顿午餐以及大部分当地交通。学生自行承担国际旅行费用及其他相关费用，如保险费、签证申请费等。预估整体项目费用（含学费）为3万元左右。

•资助：完成项目的同学可向学院申请5000元资助。

Introduction to American Society, Public Affairs, and Policy

Program Description

This one-week intensive program offers undergraduate and graduate students an immersive opportunity to deepen their understanding of American society, the public policy process, and the institutions that shape civic life in the United States. Hosted at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University—one of the nation’s leading institutions for the study of public affairs, public administration, and policy—the program is designed for students seeking firsthand insight into how American governance and public affairs operate in practice. Instruction will be delivered in English and will integrate lectures by distinguished Maxwell faculty, interactive discussions, and site visits to relevant public institutions and civic organizations.

Program Details

·Dates: TBD (July 27 to August 3, August 3 to August 7, or August 10 – August 14)

·Location: Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University

·Enrollment: 30 participants

·Tuition: $2,250 per person. This covers tuition, classroom instructions, curricular materials, six nights of hotel, five lunches, and most local transportation. Students will be responsible for their own international travel expenses and other related expenses, such as insurance, visa application fee, etc.
